‘How to shape your career path’
Join us for POWERful Women’s POWERful Connections Breakfast on 3 October, from 08:30 to 10:00 GMT, where Alison Flower will guide you through practical strategies to shape your career path and achieve your goals.
Alison Flower is an experienced executive leadership coach who:

Alison specialises in leveraging her business experience and problem-solving skills to drive for results, coming with a strong appreciation of the everyday business and organisational challenges that individuals may face.
Alison is Senior Energy Advisor at the FCDO in the UK Government, advising on international energy policy. She spent the majority of her career in the oil and gas industry, travelling to many countries and holding a variety of commercial, strategy, business planning and investment evaluation roles. She came to coaching whilst leading an organisational change role and coaches in the Civil Service. Her coaching offer is also available as Alison Flower Coaching. She is also a volunteer coach for Smart Works and a Trustee of Henley Youth Festival.
On the Breakfast, Alison will explore practical tips and insights to help you build your career strategy in the direction you want to go. It will be an interactive session with the opportunity for questions, discussion and sharing of experiences. The session will not be recorded and will be held under the Chatham House Rule to create a trusted environment for inclusive and open dialogue.
