Katharina Dalka is Founder and CEO of StellarOne, a Tech Strategy and Investment advisory firm. Complex cross-border operations are her speciality. Through her training brand BIA by StellarOne, she trains women to successfully negotiate their careers and deals. Katharina is also co-founder and Chairwoman of DYDON, a Swiss-based Fintech providing ESG and compliance assessment powered by AI.
Born in Germany, Katharina began her career in Paris as a PMI manager, managing major projects like the IT post-merger integration of Air France and KLM. After moving into strategy consulting and building a European corporate development practice she became Head of Corporate Development at a Tech company in London, leading Acquisitions and Corporate Partnerships. She eventually started her own advisory business, providing corporate finance and strategy advisory in tech. She negotiates in various contexts on a daily basis in her different roles.
Our Breakfasts are small, interactive one-and-a-half-hour coaching / mentoring sessions aimed at women in middle management in the UK energy sector. There will be the opportunity for questions, discussion and sharing of experiences. The sessions are not recorded and are held under the Chatham House Rule to create a trusted environment for inclusive and open dialogue.
