POWERful Women’s Annual State of the Nation is one of our flagship events of the year and core to our mission. In 2025 we will once again be supported by Bain & Company in gathering, analysing and publishing the latest data on female representation in the UK energy sector, and offering solutions to ongoing challenges. 
 
Last year, our analysis revealed that women are in 29% of board roles across the industry. We’re looking forward to seeing this year’s results, as we benchmark the gender diversity of the UK’s top 100 companies. The report launch will be livestreamed: registration details to follow.
