POWERful Women (PfW) works closely with leading senior women in the UK Energy Sector to organise a series of POWERful Connections Breakfasts throughout the year. We are delighted to announce the first two in this year’s series, hosted by two of PfW’s Ambassador’s, Sandy Stash, Executive Vice President of Safety, Operations, Engineering and External Affairs, at Tullow Oil and Colette Cohen, CEO of The Oil & Gas Technology Centre.

Join Sandy Stash, Executive Vice President of Safety, Operations, Engineering and External Affairs, at Tullow Oil, for a POWERful Connections Breakfast, on 21st February 2018, 8-9am at their London offices in Chiswick. Sandy has over 30 years of international executive management and board experience. Her professional career spans leadership positions in business, engineering, operations, project management and the global oversight of large functional organisations in the oil and gas sector, manufacturing, and the hard rock and coal mining industries. Sandy is a petroleum engineer by training and spent her early career as one of the first women to work as a drilling and project engineer and drilling rig foreman at ARCO locations across North America. Sandy is a supporter and Ambassador for POWERful Women and will be hosting a Breakfast to share her experience and to offer career guidance, for 5-6 women in energy with 7+ years experience. Join Colette Cohen, CEO of The Oil & Gas Technology Centre, for a POWEful Connections Breakfast, on 1st March 2018, 8-9am at their Offices in Aberdeen. Prior to joining The Oil & Gas Technology Centre, Colette was Senior Vice President of Centrica Energy’s Exploration and Production business in the UK and The Netherlands. Colette started her career in offshore and has worked for operators including BP, ConocoPhillips and Britannia in the North Sea, Norway, the US and Kazakhstan. Colette has also served on the board of the Oil & Gas UK, the Technology Leadership Board, the OGA Decommissioning board and is the Chair of the National College for Onshore Oil and Gas. A keen supporter and Ambassador for POWERful Women, Colette is looking forward to adding value to the programme by hosting a Breakfast to give 5-6 women in energy with 7+ years experience some careers advice and support.
