POWERful aims to provide practical and useful SUPPORT to both companies and aspiring women.

 

For companies committed to improving their own gender diversity and inclusion, we encourage collaboration through the ELC and our D&I forum and through the sharing of good practice case studies. We also offer guidance on what companies can do and resources on the business case for better diversity.

 

For women seeking to advance their career in the sector and move into senior leadership roles, we run a mentoring scheme, POWERful Connections, and provide inspiring career case studies. We also offer practical tips on what you can do to build a career strategy, networking events, and signposting to coaching and other resources.
