Our aims


POWERful Women is committed to encouraging energy companies to improve gender diversity by highlighting those companies actively trying to make a difference.  We do this by accepting pledges and publishing annually in Q2 the company board statistics for 80 energy companies.  From 2018 we will also list those that have made the biggest improvement from the previous year in addition to the percentage of men and women in the top salary quartile from the governments gender pay gap statistics.
