Sharing success stories – 3 November 2016

McKinsey & Company are pleased to host a panel discussion, which will take place on Thursday, 3 November 2016 at the Lanesborough Hotel, Hyde Park Corner, London SW1X 7TA, starting at 6pm.

The panel discussion will focus on Women in Power and Natural Resources: What can we learn from the Success Stories of Women and Companies. The industry has set an ambitious target to increase the participation of women on boards and in senior roles; however, limited progress was made in 2015. Lets explore some of the gender diversity strategies and initiatives in energy companies, and see what success looks like so far and how we can scale up what is working. We will be joined by BP, First Utility and EDF Energy, among others
