For International Women’s Day 2023, we are delighted to team up with Work On Your Terms to offer a free masterclass on how to make work a place where you can thrive, not just survive.

In this 90-minute masterclass you will get clarity on your talents (not your competencies) and in which context you flourish, making it easier to see if future roles and/or projects will be a good match.

It will also give you insights on how you can craft your current role so that you can enjoy it (even) more.

The masterclass is given by Annemarie Bleeker and Tessa van Westrenen, who jointly have over fourdecades of experience in the energy industry. Their aim is to make work a place where you can thrive, not just survive.
