During her 16-year career, Tanya has risen to become Head of Business Development for Northern Europe within innogy, managing the development and construction teams for innogy’s onshore wind farms across the UK & Ireland, Nordic countries and Baltic states.

Tanya on what she loves about her job: “To actually go and take the project managers who worked on those projects and see their faces when the wind farm is built, it’s just amazing. And such a positive legacy in terms of the clean energy that those wind farms are producing.”
“I want to be a good mum and be very good at my job. Working for a company and working in a sector that you really feel passionate about makes it a lot easier.”
Tanya on innogy’s approach to gender diversity:“There is a lot of momentum and a lot of commitment made to diversity and inclusion within innogy. It’s a real priority and focus for this coming year and going forward.”
Tanya’s advice for aspiring women: “Push yourself out of your comfort zone and really embrace opportunities that come to you… but give yourself a break now and again!”
