Company board statistics

POWERful Women will report on its work to track diversity at senior and middle management levels in the energy sector using board and gender pay gap statistics, when available. We have collated the board statistics for 80 companies in the UK. POWERful Women is interested to hear of any experience in trying to increase diversity within organisations and are always interested in case studies to add to our website or discuss at our events. Data for the 80 companies that we track from Q1 2019 is tabled below in order of the highest percentage of women on their boards.

Companies highlighted in grey are the largest employers listed making up 75% of those directly employed in the sector.

Green percentage figures meet the Davies 2020 33% the target of women on their boards or PfW 2030 30% target of women on their executive boards.
