POWERful Women Ambassador, Adriénne Kelbie, CEO, ONR, wins the Northern Power Women’s Transformational Leadership Award
POWERful Women would like to congratulate one of our amazing Ambassadors, Adriénne Kelbie on her well-deserved award for ‘Transformational Leader.’
On 18 March 2019, the Northern Power Women’s Awards recognised Adriénne’s excellent work in diversity and as a role model leader.
Adriénne has been a strong advocate for promoting women in nuclear and across the energy sector. She generously gives her time to mentor and support the careers of both men and women, taking great pride and joy in seeing the success of her team at ONR and the people around her develop into successful leaders and progress in their careers. Recently Adriénne hosted a PfW Breakfast for a group of women, coaching them on how to ‘step out of their comfort zone’ and manage the ‘imposter syndrome,’ to enable them to unlock their full potential. Following the Breakfast, a number of the women have gone on to take the next step in their careers. Adriénne’s Breakfast was followed with a PfW blog – ‘How to … Step out of your Comfort Zone and Say Hello to your Potential.’
