New research delivers insights on retaining female talent in a changing world

Women In Energy Global Study 2022

POWERful Women has welcomed publication today (31st October) of the fourth annual Women in Global Energy Study, compiled by NES Fircroft and Energy Jobline.  POWERful Women was delighted to once again be a supporting partner in the research and analysis.

The Women in Energy Global Study is a critical guide for business leaders, managers, recruiters and D&I professionals to what women want, need and can offer in the global energy workplace.

The report aims to shine a light on the female energy workforce across five continents and all sectors. It explores women’s roles and status in the industry as it undergoes a period of significant change, the barriers women face, and what they need to succeed. It highlights the opportunities that will allow energy firms to attract and retain talent, with recommendations for concrete actions companies can take to build a gender diverse and inclusive workplace.

Useful insights from the research reveal women’s attitudes and ambitions around the post-Covid-19 workplace and working for the energy transition; and provide concrete recommendations on attracting and developing female talent.

The Women in Energy Global Study 2022 was exclusively launched by Energy Jobline and NES Fircroft on 31st October at ADIPEC Exhibition and Conference 2022, UAE.
