Are you passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion? Would you like to use your skills and ideas to drive change for women in the energy sector?
POWERful Women is looking for new talent to join our Board, where you will have the opportunity to oversee a high profile, progressive and dynamic initiative that is committed to making a difference.
The role is voluntary and part-time, and focusses on supervising PfW’s strategy, deliverable activities, finances and resourcing. The Board meets five times a year in London and each member has a three-year tenure.
The successful candidate does not necessarily have to have energy sector experience as we look for our Board to have a diversity of skills, strengths and experience:
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong passion and commitment to improving DEI
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated stakeholder relationship and influencing skills
- A desire to further elevate the profile of POWERful Women among key audiences
